Sole-Source Procurement Notice
Morrow County intends to award a sole-source contract to Inland Development for fiber transport services to connect the Morrow County Fairgrounds to the County’s internal network. This connection is required to support secure access to County systems, surveillance infrastructure, and future security and access-control improvements.
Inland Development is the only provider capable of directly integrating the Fairgrounds into the County’s existing network infrastructure. No other available providers can meet the County’s technical, security, and compatibility requirements without significant additional cost, duplication of infrastructure, or increased risk to County systems.
This notice is posted in accordance with the Morrow County Procurement and Contracting Policy to allow for protests of the use of a sole-source selection method.
