Monday -Thursday: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - NOON
Hours are flexible and subject to change.
For RV Reservations Please Visit www.morrowcountyparks.org or call 541-989-8214.
Facility Usage and Rentals are available all year.
Links to rental forms are below. Please call to reserve dates.
Rentals include: Outdoor arena, indoor arena, dance hall, annex, kitchen, pavilion, tables and chairs.
Indoor Arena Light Tokens can be purchased at MCGG Green Feed in Heppner or at the fairgrounds during office hours.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Morrow County Fair is to provide the best county fair experience for all residents. It serves as a gathering place where the communities it serves can showcase products and skills, while creating educational, social, cultural, and economic opportunities. The fair is dedicated to preserving and promoting the agricultural traditions of Morrow County in its entirety. Furthermore, the Morrow County Fair strives to offer the most valuable and entertaining experience that resources will allow. Beyond the annual event, the fairground facilities operate year-round to serve the community by providing multipurpose spaces for both public and private events in a responsible manner, generating economic stimulation and tourism development within the community. All policies and activities are guided by the rules of both Morrow County and the Morrow County Fair Board.
