Partnership with the U.S. Forest Service & Heppner Ranger District
Morrow County Parks is proud to partner with the U.S. Forest Service and the Heppner Ranger District to support safe and responsible recreation throughout our region. Some Forest Service roads within the district are open to OHV/ATV use, while others may be seasonal or closed, so it’s important to review current travel information before heading out. The speed limit on U.S. Forest Service roads is 35 MPH unless otherwise posted. For the most accurate and up to date route information, please refer to the Motor Vehicle Use Maps (MVUMs) provided by the Forest Service. The link below includes maps for the Heppner Ranger District, along with access to MVUMs for other districts on the Umatilla National Forest:

**Thank you for an incredible 2025 season. Our parks are now closed for the winter and will reopen in May 2026. Online reservations for the 2026 season will be available beginning January 1, 2026. We look forward to welcoming you back next year.**
