Fair Board
The Fair Board oversees and administers the Morrow County Fair and Rodeo. The Fair Board also adopts standards and policies governing the conduct of the Morrow County Fair and Rodeo; and other entities associated with the operation of such, prepares and presents local program budget proposals, and conducts periodic reviews of policies and procedures of the Fair Board. Regular meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM. Meeting locations are between Heppner (Fairgrounds Annex) and Boardman (SAGE Center).
Currently all positions have been filled.
