INVITATION TO BID MORROW COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS ITB No. 2026-144-PR Crack Sealing Services – Various County Roads Morrow County Public Works is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to perform crack sealing services on various paved county roads as part of the County’s pavement preservation maintenance program. Work includes providing labor and equipment to perform crack sealing operations including crack cleaning with compressed air and application of hot-pour crack sealant using a squeegee method. The County will supply crack seal material and provide a rear shadow vehicle.
