Morrow County Clean Water Consortium (Consortium) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional engineering firms to provide design, permitting, easement assistance, bidding support, GIS, and related professional services for the West Glen Drinking Water Project near Boardman, Oregon. The Project is intended to extend potable municipal water service to approximately 100 homes located in and around the West Glen area. The selected consultant will assist the Consortium with developing a complete, bid-ready public improvement package and related project support services. This revised solicitation incorporates the current Scope of Work and the material project clarifications previously issued during the earlier solicitation process.
