REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Morrow County Parks Master Plan Consulting Services
RFP No. 2026-160-PR
Morrow County is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a Comprehensive Parks Master Plan for the County park system, including Anson Wright Memorial Park, Cutsforth Park, and the Morrow-Grant County Off-Highway Vehicle Park. The plan will guide long-range park development, recreation opportunities, campground modernization, trails, OHV planning, tourism, capital improvements, and operational sustainability.
Sealed proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m. PST on June 24, 2026. Proposals shall be clearly marked “Parks Master Plan Services” and submitted to:
