Please try to be specific about the public record(s) you are seeking. Asking for "any and all" documents relating to a particular subject or document can require a substantial investment of time and/or lead to a vast number of responsive documents. This can lead to substantial cost for the individual requesting the public record(s). Requests for public records must include sufficient contact information and a detailed description of the requested records including year of creation or range of dates. The County may request additional information or clarification from the requester. The obligation to further complete the request is suspended until the requester provides the information for clarification. If the County is unable to comply with a request, a written response explaining why the County is unable to process the request will be sent to the requesting party.
