The Compensation Board is statutorily required to review the compensation of county elected officials each year and make recommendations to the Board of Commissioners for their compensation for the upcoming year.  The Compensation Board is appointed by the Board of Commissioners, and currently consists of five citizen members.  Members are appointed to four-year terms.

Operating under ORS 204.112.

The Fair Board oversees and administers the Morrow County Fair and Fairgrounds.  The Fair Board also adopts standards and policies governing the conduct of the Morrow County Fair; and other entities associated with the operation of such, prepares and presents local program budget proposals, and conducts periodic reviews of policies and procedures of the Fair Board. 

Regular meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM and are open to the public. Meeting locations are between Heppner (Bartholomew Building) and Irrigon (Irrigon Annex).
